The nearest station is Angel (Northern Line) and the Business Design Centre is a 5 minute walk from the station. If you choose to cycle to the event, the venue also offer free cycle storage in our on-site car park. For further details on travelling to our venue, please click here.

There will be a complimentary cloakroom for small bags and coats available just before the registration area at Performance Marketing Unlocked.

The Business Design Centre operates their own portal which can be found here to view the best rates for accommodation surrounding the venue.

The Business Design Centre is a fully DDA compliant venue and has a resource available on their website outlining accessibility both inside and outside the venue, including details for car parking, elevator access, accessible bathrooms, assistance dogs and further accessibility details.

Conference audio

Performance Marketing Unlocked 2024 will be running as a silent conference, with all conference audio running through wireless headsets provided for each stage. As of July 2023, the organisers of Performance Marketing Unlocked, Haymarket Media Group, have been awarded ISO 20121 certification, central to which is the creation and implementation of our Sustainable Event Management System (SEMS), which is a framework of assessments, commitments, procedures and communications that underpin Haymarket’s ambition to develop a more sustainable way of delivering events. 

The Business Design Centre’s environmental impact has long been an important part of their operations, with their sustainability group coming together in 2008 and certified as a CarbonNeutral® venue in 2010. They are continuing to look to the future and are proud to have a plan that will see the venue reach Net-Zero before 2030. Stand backdrops, counters and other event signage will be supplied by Insite Graphics, all which are fabric or paper-based, and will be recycled or repurposed into clean community energy. 

Hot and cold refreshments will be available to purchase from the main floor throughout the two days of Performance Marketing Unlocked

Complimentary WI-FI will be available for general web browsing and email throughout the event.

Water

There are re-fillable water points located either side of the mezzanine space as well as water fountains throughout the event - please follow the signage on site which will indicate your nearest water point.

Quiet space

If you require the use of a quiet space to take a moment away from the sensory experience of the exhibition to rest, reflect or pray, we will have a dedicated room available, which can be found on the lower ground floor. Please follow our on site event signage which will direct you to the room. Dedicated networking, seating and remote working spaces will be available throughout the event for phone calls, meetings, discussions or anything that may disturb the quiet enjoyment of the quiet space for others.

Toilets

Toilet facilities are accessible from the mezzanine space and ground floor - event signage will also direct to the nearest toilet facility. Disabled toilets are located on the first floor in Stairwell B and F. Baby changing facilities are located on the second level (mezzanine level) in Stairwell C and G.
