Dr Graziella Castro

Global Head of Marketing Effectiveness, HSBC

Dr Graziella Castro is responsible for the delivery of the marketing effectiveness strategy at HSBC.

She brings 15+ years of experience between academia and media industry, where she built a deep knowledge of research and marketing effectiveness.

At Publicis Groupe, Graziella was responsible for quantitative solutions, leading data strategy for global clients like Disney, Coty, Nestle (to mention a few). During her time at Publicis, she has both contributed to global new business success and the retention of long-term global clients.

Prior to joining the Publicis Groupe, Graziella was appointed Lecturer and Visiting Researcher across several international Universities such as Salford, London School of Economics and University of Texas at Austin, where she focused on developing new forecasting models blending statistical methods with quantitative social sciences.
