Samantha Freeman

Samantha Freeman is the Director of Growth and Lifecycle Marketing at Paramount, where she leads the performance and lifecycle marketing team for Channel 5, the company's free-to-air brand in the UK. Over the past three years, she has driven growth across Paramount's SVOD platform, Paramount+, before transitioning in early 2025 to Channel 5 to build and lead its newly formed growth team. With more than a decade of international experience, Samantha specialises in audience engagement, acquisition, and retention across streaming platforms. Originally from the U.S., she began her career agency-side before relocating to Europe. Known for her data-driven mindset and collaborative leadership, Samantha brings sharp analytical insight and strategic clarity to every stage of the customer journey.
