Steve brings over 20 years of eCommerce and digital marketing experience, having led ecommerce, digital performance and media strategy for some of the UK’s most recognisable retail brands. He spent 15 years client-side in senior digital roles with retailers including Wickes, Hackett, Dreams, and B&Q, where he was responsible for all performance media and digital acquisition channels.

He then moved agency-side to Jellyfish, one of the world’s leading digital agencies, serving as Global VP of eCommerce and Retail. There, he partnered with major international retailers to shape their eCommerce growth and media strategies.

Steve now brings this unique blend of retail and agency experience to Upp.ai, helping enterprise retailers harness adaptive AI to unlock profitable growth through Google Performance Max.
